Inside the business district, street parking is off-limits 4–6 AM Monday to Friday so crews can clean. On some blocks the City posts an alternating schedule instead, usually odd side one morning and even side the next.
There's no fixed public calendar for the alternating sides. The sign on your block is the rule. If you live downtown, the $10 resident overnight permit avoids the problem entirely.
Troy doesn't publish a one-way schedule online (code §270-10 leaves it to the Traffic Engineer). This list is built from route records and news reports, and every entry is being checked on foot.
